I have been a Pennsylvania State Trooper since 2012. After my retirement from being a professional athlete, I was in search of a challenging and fast paced career with a team-oriented atmosphere. Ever since I joined the ranks of this elite brotherhood, I have never looked back! This career path has provided me with excitement, fulfillment, pride, and the team atmosphere I longed for.
I started my career at a smaller station and gained experience as I moved around to multiple stations while learning various job functions. I investigated incidents that involved criminal mischief, retail theft, harassment, simple possession, burglaries, assaults, and robberies. Needless to say, time flew by and my love for the job increased as my exposure increased!
This position of Recruiter appeals to me because it provides an opportunity to share and enlighten those seeking a career in Law enforcement and the Pennsylvania State Police. It is fulfilling because I can recruit individuals that want to contribute to this Department’s efforts in protecting the public and upholding the core values of the Pennsylvania State Police: Honor, Service, Integrity, Respect, Trust, Courage, and Duty.
